.MOV video losing quality when imported into CVS Pro X7

Post by BigDogBrand »

My .MOV is high def and beautiful when I view it on my laptop.. When I import it into CVS Pro X7 and place it in my project, the video loses quality. Pixels and fuzzyness.. Any ideas why or how to fix?

Thanks!

Hi Chris -- welcome to the forums!

What version of Quicktime do you have on your computer? And where did the .mov footage come from? Can you also please right click on one of the original .mov files in the VS timeline and copy ALL its Properties here, or take a screen shot of the Properties box and upload it here as an Attachment.

Also try exporting a small section, using the same settings as your source video, and view the outputted video. What is this quality like?
