I can't see the Video Studio X8 icon in my desktop.
I only see a white folder no the proper icon.
If I look at the folder where the programme is installed it shows the same, a white folder, but in Icon it shows the actual grey and blue icon.
Any help?

See if this works
RIGHT click on the icon on the desktop
from the pop up choose 'properties'
when the properties window opens - if not already selected - select the second tab (Shortcut)
In the new window at the bottom click on 'change icon'
in the new window which opens can you select the correct icon - if yes do so
OK - then OK to get back to the desktop

Thanks Brian!
I did it.
I had to llok for the correct icon in Corel Video Studio folder of the installed programme.
But it's done.
