Curious things happend

Well i had problems making videos of any kind with mu X8 64bits.
Everytime i tried to render in different formats, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, etc. The programme close at about 11% of the making the videos.
I spoke to the technical service and they told me install different drivers and others.
Well, it didn't work.
Then i uninstalled X8 64bits and installed X8 32 bits, and Perfect! renderize the videos of all formats!
I the same computer I have installed X5 Pro since I bought it a while ago.
But, after installing all the plugins included in X8 Ultimate, I found that some of the features in X8 don't show, transitions like 3D, Album, Build,Clock,F/x etc.
In X8 only show, overlay transitions, in total only 60.
In X5 are lots more than in the other version, 3D,Album,Build,etc. lots!
Comparing one to another is a big difference!
Why?
Have I installed Bonus paquet for X8 32bits incorrectly?
Any help?

Furthermore and looking at what is installed in my computer , in Panel Control, Programmes I entered in uninstall a programme and in the whole list only shows as installed NewBLUE Titler Pro 2.o for Windows, when I remember taht before I uninstalled a reinstalled eveything there were different NewBlue programmes shown on the list.
I'm puzzle!
