Can you adjust the space between words?

Can you adjust the space between words?
I am using Paintshop Pro X3 and I cannot find anything more than how to adjust the space between letters or lines.
Actually I cannot find anywhere online for any Paintshop Pro software any details about adjusting the space between words.
Other than typing each word individually then moving it. That would take hours.
I would appreciate any help or suggestions

Re: Can you adjust the space between words?
PSP does not have this functionality. It's just a very very basic text tool.
However, you can change the kerning and tracking between individual characters. So all you have to do is select the space between words and adjust the leading and kerning values of the spaces.
It's still time consuming. But not as much as separating out each word as its own object and manually aligning them. All you have to do is Select the space between each word and set the appropriate kerning or tracking value.
It would technically be possible to make a script that does. I'll take a look at that after work. Unless someone else knows of a script that already exists for this.

Have you tried hitting the Spacebar in between each word? That separates them.

Perhaps a better way would be to show samples of what you are getting and what you want and others may come up with better ideas.

Re: Can you adjust the space between words?
Thank you all. I am actually trying to get the words closer together.
As suggested I have added an image of what I am trying to achieve. Example 1. shows the default space between words as governed by the font style.
Example 2. shows how I would like it to look by being able to change the space between words as a group. To achieve this I had to type and apply each word individually and then arrange them this way. To do this with a large amount of text would take hours.
One person has already said it cannot be done, but it just seems to me that if a software gives you the ability to change the space between letters and lines it would have the ability to change the space between words too? Or I though maybe someone might know a a sneaky cheat or way around.
Thanks in advance for any help

Re: Can you adjust the space between words?
Well, again my suggestion of adjusting the kerning on individual spaces between the words will achieve this effect as you can decrease the kerning as well as increase it.
Here is a very quick video. Why? Because as everyone here knows, I'm video crazy.

Re: Can you adjust the space between words?
It almost seems that the space in your font has a value double the letter value, perhaps a way past it may be to use a font editor and edit the space component.
What is the name of that font and do you have a link to its location so we could test it out.

Re: Can you adjust the space between words?
Thanks, but I do not want to change the Kerning. The space between letters is perfect. I want only to change the space between words.
The font is called Burton's Nightmare and I downloaded it from DaFont. I doubt the font will be editable. But I wouldn't know.

Re: Can you adjust the space between words?
Sorry again - LeviFiction. I just realized what you were trying to tell me. Your suggestion does help. it's better than having to type and aplly and move each word.
Thank you for the suggestion and apologies again for being obtuse.
