Dragon Effect

Post by Aussie Perry »

G'day,
I have just purchased The Dragon Effect from Corel.
The instructions read Store it in the correct location. C:\Username\documents\corel paintshop pro\16\scripts-trusted.
For some reason I cannot seem to do that.
When I go to Corel X6 Vie Scripts I cannot find it.
Could somebody tell me how to do it please.

Importing scripts into PaintShop Pro
After downloading a script, it’s helpful to get into the habit of storing it in the proper location. This way, it will
display in the Script toolbar. Browse to the following location to paste scripts you have downloaded:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\16.0\Scripts-Trusted
or
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\17.0\Scripts-Trusted
Make sure to paste the correct script version for your system. Some scripts are made specifically to run on
PaintShop Pro X6 or X7 and others will also specify if they are a 32 or 64 bit version.
To display the Script toolbar
• Choose View > Toolbars > Script.
To run a script listed in the Select Script drop-list
 On the Script toolbar, click the Select Script drop-list
to display the scripts.
 Click the script that you want to run.
 Click the Run Selected Script button.

Are you using PSPX6? It really makes no difference whether it's X6 or X7 the procedure is the same.

For X7 place the script directly into the trusted folder of: Documents / PaintShop Pro / 17 / Scripts-Trusted. This is all that is required of you to do.

Open PSPX and locate the script from the drop listby selecting Scripts-Trusted. Bear in mind, these are not in alphabetical order.

Whether you open 32 or 64bit, the script will be available.
