Can halo filter be created in ASP2?

Can i create hal filter effect by ASP2?
Gimp can do it. But this function is too simple and suck.

Are you thinking about some sort of vignetting effect? Something like the plugin Vigne?

If you hold your DSLR to sun. u will see some lens'brightness.
i like this. i think it is very useful to shot the women.
