Trying to download patch from Discovery Learning center

Does anyone know what is up over at the Discovery center? I think they need to fix some links or something. i am trying to download this patch that I never knew existed http://howto.corel.com/en/c/Unable_to_i ... ltimate_X7 but when i try to download it I get an error message that says "530 Login incorrect". but I am logged in just fine.
I have been using Format Factory to fix the .mov files from my Sj4000 action cam, but I think if I got this patch that I would not need to. It sure is hard to email anyone at Corel, and the last time I did I never heard back.

Yes I have noticed a problem with the links from the Corel Knowledge Bases, just don’t know what they have done.
Also the link you provided, paste don’t work???

I have uploaded some fixes to my One Drive, there are a few versions using the same file, maybe the Latest Mov fixes would be best.

Make a copy of the original so you can always revert.

Hmm, I don't know what I did there- that link works for me. Anyway, I see that you do know what I am talking about.

Ok, I tried a file from your folder "Latest MOV Fixes" and that one does not work. VS x7 closes immediately after selecting a MOV file. As it is now, I can load a MOV file but it has audio only, no video. it's funny, because if I run it through Format Factory, it will then work, even if I keep it as a .MOV file after converting. So Format Factory is changing something about the file that VS does not like.

Did you try the GH3 MOV hot fix from corel file?

Are you able to upload a sample to a sharing site, I / others can then give it a test on my pc
