"Merge All Layers" and I lose my transparent background

Post by LindaPSP »

How can I merge all layers without losing my transparent background?

My current fix is, when my project is finished, to add a blank raster layer, mark it invisible, then merge all visible layers.

EDIT: As Cassel later pointed out, Merge Visible will merge all layers and maintain the transparency. No need for all of those extra steps.

Why go to the trouble of creating a script? Just the command Merge All visible should keep the transparency, no?

Cassel is right. xD Oops. I was too focused on the process not the result.
