Batch cutting and pasting

hi, sorry for my bad english.
I would ask you help regarding a batch.
I have a lot of photos and i need for each photo to cut and paste on a different background.
I have already tried to read other topics but I cannot do it.
Can someone help me?
I need to open picture, cut and paste on a new background.
For to save the images I can do it with the option when I run the batch.

PS: I forgot to tell you that I have already done the resizing and it works.
But after that I need to cut and paste on a new blank sheet where there are already some words.
