VSX6 --> VSX8 upgrade ...install problem?

i have just installed / upgraded to corel vsx8 from 7. The only thing not working is vitascene, when i try to customise, its says:

This licence permits only the use of:

corel x4, corex5, x6, x7 x8.

would you like to register your product now or would you like to insert a licence?

options: enter license, start in read mode, cancel.

(this is not the license key, already done that, it is looking for a license file of some sort)

and i cant register, no option. what should i do?
