X8: vstudio.exe Application Error on exit

This happens about 50% of the time that I exit VS. The program appears to close but a dialogue box appears as follows:

43c: vstudio.exe - Application Error
(x) The instruction at "0x03fa8469" referenced memory at "0x15772e38". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
[ OK ]

The process vstudio.exe is still running, until I click OK. There doesn't seem to be any adverse effect as far as I can tell, i.e., VS starts normally the next time. Like I said, it happens about 50% of the time when I exit (if I've done any real work, not if I just open and close the application). I don't know if the memory location references are the same each time.

I do get some of these errors when I'm on XP, in general. Not big deal.
