Paintshop Pro X7 has been working great, but this morning I try to use it and get the message: "The procedure entry point __crtCreateSymbolicLinkW could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\MSVCP110.dll." This is the 64 bit version running on Windows 8.1. Any ideas? How can I get this thing running again?
I made sure I had the latest Service Pack 1 installed. The installer says there are no updates needed, so apparently SP1 is installed, but how do you know for sure if it is?
The 64 bit and 32 bit versions were installed together when I purchased PSP X7. The 32 bit version runs just fine; why not the 64 bit version? Also what benefit is there to running the 64 bit version vs the 32 bit version?
In any case I would like to get the 64 bit version running again. I can't believe how sucky Corel is about supporting their own products without charging outrageous fees! It just blows me away!

Looks like there is something wrong with your Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library.
