Small preview?

Post by Rikk »

Another of many noobie questions incoming ;)

As suggested I thought I'd have a play using the overlay track for the main video to allow me to space out titles as I wanted. On putting the video into the overlay track the preview is now 50% of it's usual size.
I can left click the clip, then right click in the preview and set it to original size but.... is there a way to default back to usual size? if not will resizing the preview have any knock on effects?

Go to "Settings >> preferences" along the top of the preferences window click on the small Edit tab

near the top of the window click to tick the box against "use fit-to-screen as default in overlay track"

OK out of preferences.

It's an overlay track so it's defaulted that way.
