Do you have X8 Ultimate? Boris only comes with the Ultimate version. And if you have the download version of X8 Ultimate, then Boris is in the third download file you should have received, the one with Bonus in its name.

Re: BorisGraffiti for Corel X8
Thank you for your reply, yes I'm the ultimate version of X8, but Boris is not that I installed. I have not had this problem with Corel X7. I always look for the problem. I have the version of Windows 8.1 64-bit
Thank you very much

Everything was done in the "rules of art", and I find it funny that I'm the only one this happens. This is the only plugin that causes me concern, all the others have been installed
Thank you

Re: BorisGraffiti for Corel X8
When and where did you buy your X8? I ask because this same problem came up in the very last stages of the Beta testing of X8. If the user had X7 Ultimate installed already, they had already a functioning version of Boris 6 and the X8 Beta installer would not install another version unless the Boris in X7 was first removed (manually -- there is a separate listing for Boris in Programs and Features in Control Panel). Corel then spoke to Boris who came up with a tweak which ensured that the X7 version could remain and X8 would get it as well. And this was included in the Release Candidate (RC) version of X8 -- in other words, the commercially released version. So I am wondering if you bought the program from some on-line store other than the Corel shop, and whether somehow or other that store got an earlier version of the Bonus file instead of the final one...
One thing you might try is to copy the Graffiti6.vft file from the Program Files\Corel\Corel VideoStudio x8\vft_plug sub-folder into the same sub-folder in X8. Then restart X8. If it still doesn't work, then you need to go to C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (or VideoStudio Pro (x64) if you have the 64 bit version), and change the name of the folder named 18.0 to something like 18.0_OLD, then restart VS. This time it should rebuild that file, taking into account the new vft file in its plug-ins, and Boris should now show in X8.

Re: BorisGraffiti for Corel X8
A big thank you thanks to you the problem is solved. I applied the first board and everything went well. When I reopened our X8 "Dear Boris" was back.
For info I purchased directly from Corel X8 last Saturday I think this is the latest version.
Another big thank you for helping me
