Auto Unfold Menus?

Post by Grazie »

OK, this is diving me nuts. I must have clicked on an Option to stop this happening. How do I make sure that I don't need to hit that "helpful" tiny down arrow to get the rest of my Menu/s? Thanks in advance.

Here's what I mean . . . . arrggh...

On my X6 the last menu item there is Exit. What do you get when you click the down arrow to get more items.
Checking through your list you seem to have some items missing -
Save As
Save Copy As
Save for Office
It would seem that your menu has been customised - is that the case/
I would suggest resetting your program back to its default settings, then recustomise and save your workspace.

All of those on your list. I was wanting that extended List to happen from the Get-Go. I don't wish to have to click that EXTRA arrow. It's a complete PITA!

Maybe this (PSP X4) On the Customize dialog, Options tab: Personalized Menus and Toolbars/ Menus show recently used commands first. Uncheck that.
Right click just about anywhere on your workspace to open Customize dialog, or menu View/Customize...

Definitely! - Thank you very much.

As a User, this Menu reveal isn't a variation of a Last Action, it's purely Menu Navigation, and shouldn't be classed as such. I can almost understand why the designers think so, but I am accessing Menus, not activating a Task or Control. My thinking is that this COULD be ring-fenced to just Menu Display activity.

In any event, thanks Forriner, saved my sanity.
