I have tried a couple of downloads of the 64 bit version and it comes up with a failure message saying "the installed version of the application could not be determined". I am running 17.1.0.47 - and all the setup files are safe & sound where they originally were unpacked.
Any thoughts please - I am hoping to STOP it from regularly crashing.

Re: VS X7 service pack fails to run
Hi Peter
Just to add a little to Asiks reply, the message is a bit ambiguous, it is Corels way of telling us that the service pack has been installed, Maybe the wording could be better…
The Version number indicates SP1 installed using 17.1.0.47 character.
If you are having problems with the program can you give more details as to what you are doing.
Give details of the type of video files you are using.
Right click one of your video clips, choose properties what are they?
