Yes, the SAVE15 coupon does work with the full-priced product (reducing it from $100 to $85).
But you're better off with the promotional link which, as of this writing, continues to work, to get a whopping 26% discount:

combined with the 10CORELSAVE coupon (which also does work), for a grand total of 66.59 (33% overall discount). (The SAVE15 coupon does not work with the $74 promotional price.) I'm guessing the promotional link will stop working soon now that the product is officially released (I gather it was a pre-release promotion sent to owners of previous versions), so get it while you can!
