My Scrapbook getting a need to shut down

When I am working in my scrapbook I get a message that it has an error and has to shut down. I have scrapbook 2
can anyone help me

What's the error message you see?
Windows version?

It's from ulead it says there is a error and ulead has to shut down I went and uninstalled it. but now i can't get anything to the workspace i click on a templet and nothing.
this program is getting me crazy.
