How to contact Corel

I turned to this forum a week ago because I can't start VS X7. I haven't got a solution, so I guess I should ask Corel directly.
As mentioned earlier, I can register my product, got the confirmation email (a dozen occasions), can sign in to my Corel account. However, I can't get through to any support, or customer service. The only link I've found asks for a 9 digit registration number which though is not in my confirmation email. How to get access to anybody at Corel who could resolve this issue?

Sorry we can't help as none of us work for Corel. But if you are a new user, and you registered the product, then the confirmation emails, or at least the first one, should have contained just exactly that numerical key they require to answer any questions about installation.

If you can't find that, then the only thing I can suggest is that you look up their VS Facebook page and ask there. I understand the power of persuasion on an open forum like that usually gets an answer!
