Hi,
I'm using VS 7 Ultimate and I had problem with importing files .MP4 and .MOV.
When I importing .MP4, a pop up window tells if "File is mismatch". But I could imported if I convert the video via Windows Movie Maker.
Then for .MOV, I can import but on timeline the video just blank.
I have searched for these problem but I can't find a solutions.
Can you help me please?

Do you have Quicktime software installed ?
