Where is my straigthen tool PSP X6

straighten tool is not available on my PSP X6 (16.2.0.20). It is unavailable in both 32 bit and 64 bit versions.

How can I get it back?

You could drag the tool back using Customize.
View>Customize>Commands>Tools>Straighten Tool and drag it back to where it used to be, or onto the Tools toolbar (where I keep it)
or
Reset PSP to it's default settings using the Shift key trick:
Save your current workspace, close PSP and open it again holding the Shift
key. A message will appear asking you if you want to reset the program to it's default state.
Click OK and let it run.
See if the problem is fixed and then load your saved workspace.

The downside of that is that you will need to re-do File>General Program
