PSP-X7 SP1 - Toolbars Only Display Text - No Icons !!?

I had PSP X7 installed and everything was fine. I installed the SP1 Update and now my toolbars only show up as text. I have gone to the customize toolbar menu and made sure the "Show Text Labels" was not checked, no difference. It is only happening on tool bars that I create. I have created a new one, it shows as icons, close the program and re open and it has changed to text only. Reloaded workspace, no difference. Is there a fix for this ? This only became a problem after SP1 was installed and is doing this on both of my computers.

I had this happen to my custom made toolbar after SP1 was applied so I deleted and re-created it. Now it's fine.

I did re-create it and it was fine. I closed the program and the next time I used it it went to all text again. I will re-create it again and see what happens.

Try resetting PSP using the Shift key.
Save your custom workspace,
Close PSP, open it again holding the Shift key as you do so.
Click OK when you see a message telling you PSP will revert to it's default settings.

Your will need to reset Preferences and File Locations.
