Fuzz Soft

Post by Kinz »

Is there anything that works like 'Fuzz Soft' (that was in X4) in 'Clone Brushes' in Paint Shop Pro X7? I've tried different things but nothing I can find works like that. Thanks

Are you saying you want to get the fuzz soft brush back? Or just looking for an equivalent brush?

If you want to get the Fuzz Brush back:

Or you can download all of the extra content from Corel's website. Inside of PSP go to Help -> Download more Content

It'll take you to the web page where you can download the KPT plugins, scripting help files, and the Creative Content bundle which includes all of the old content like brushes, shapes, frames, etc.

Otherwise, no I haven't seen another brush exactly like the fuzz brush.

Just checked and Fuzz soft is a brush in X7 just as it was in X4 . It is Corel_01-027.
May have to get the creative Content and the creative collection installed to get them all.
Or you can just copy the file over from your X4 brushes to the X 7 folder.

I would suggest that you go to your Profile and fill in the information about your computer specs and the version of PSP that you're using. We use that information to inform our answers to questions so that the type of misunderstanding that happened in this post - and that can cause us to give incompatible information - doesn't occur.

That said, you could also have copied any brushes from X7 into 2018 also.

Am I to assume that you (Kinz1) are not the same user who posted the original question, which was Kinz? I'm a bit confused.
Regards,

JoeB

I suspect they are two different people as different joining dates and different numbers of posts as well as different Windows systems, but as mentioned Kinz1 has less information provided in profile and is a newer member.

Or, and I'm just throwing this out there since this post was originally from 2015, they are the same person who forgot their login and created a new account. And in those three years, their system has changed. Since Kinz's last visit was the day after they made this initial post and they haven't been seen since. And then this post was resurrected by someone with the same name + 1.
