I have used most of those "editors" (all except for NX-D and PhotoDirector) and think that the ratings are fair for all of those except PSP although I think they should have broken the comparisons down into two groups - pixel editors and workflow tools -
since they serve different functions and, perhaps, different audiences.
Where does PSP rank?

Re: Where does PSP rank?
Frankly, I have given up reading reviews and useless tests conducted by people who are paid by promoters of products.
Your are the judge of everything these days. If the product can do what you want it to do then it is a good product otherwise it is crap. I use PSP, Photoshop Elements and Photoshop and they all have their own strengths and weaknesses. As far as I am concerned, they are all good products.
I used to have full Creative Cloud subscription free of charge because I was a regular on their forums but now I only buy the Photoshop package costing very low monthly and I also buy annually Photoshop Elements - upgrade (this is a perpetual license like Corel PaintShop Pro).
To me al these programs are getting bloated and resource hungry so people would need high powered machines - minimum 16gb ram. you might get away with 8gb but it might be a struggle with big files.
