Images Overly Saturated in X5/X6/X7
I'm finding that when I process images in PSP and then view them in any other application (Topaz plug-ins, Nikon ViewNX, Microsoft's Image Viewer, etc), the images look much less saturated in all the other applications. It's frustrating because I think they're perfect when I'm editing in PSP, but after I save them and view them in other apps, they look washed-out. The problem occurs in X5/X6/X7. Am I missing something in Preferences or some other setting? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I don't know anything about color management, but it sounds like you have a management problem. Have you changed anything under menu File/Color Management/Color Management... or File/Color Management/Color Working Space... ?
I understand that Adobe RGB for example, looks washed out when shown in sRGB. (or the other way around, like I said, I know nothing:).

Thanks, I believe you hit the nail on the head. I recently recalibrated my monitor using a Spyder calibration tool, and saved the resulting profile with a different profile name. All my other applications used the new profile, but PSP was still set to use the original profile from when the monitor was first manufactured. I updated the profile under Color Management, and now the images look consistent with what I'm seeing in other applications. Thanks for taking time to reply to my post!Forriner wrote:I don't know anything about color management, but it sounds like you have a management problem.
