Hi my recorded video's play back too fast???

Can anyone help me i have a Pinnacle MediaCentre 300i capture card, when I capture any video from this card in mpeg mode the reulting video is in fast forward. If i was to guess about double speed. Has anyone encountered this error and can you give us some advice

Im not sure if this device is fully supported by MovieFactory. DMF usually support capturing devices with WDM drivers.

try switching the capture plugins and see if it works...

if not you need to use the capturing program provided for the Pinnacle device then import the video file to MovieFactory.

Thanks i ws planning on dong that to solve the problem it's just a shame as i only just bought the card and it's quite good. I think Ulead need to sort their act out as there seems to be many problems in this forum.
