I have a Painshop project waiting to be saved as PSPIMAGE, why does it say the name is invalid? The name should be fine. --> "Reasonhead_Dash3"
It does this sometimes but I don'tknow why. Something needs to be done and then I should be able to save - I'm sure someone knows why this happens.

Re: PSPIMAGE save option
It's happened to me in the past, and I'm not sure exactly what the case was but it had to do with the file extension.
Make sure the save as file type is PSPIMAGE.
Now, when you type the file name, you may need to type the .pspimage extension yourself or, if it's already there, delete the extension so PSP can add it. It was something weird like that, a little bug.
Good luck.
