MovieFactory 3 "file is not accessible"

An .avi downloaded file is not accessible when trying to burn disc from a downloaded file. It finds the file - in the error box it list the file and then says "file is not accessible. Why?

What type of .avi and where did you save it?

.avi downloaded movie file stored in ulead videostudio folder.
I'm not sure how to describe further

Downloaded, huh? Right click on it in the time line and right click, select media clip properties. Something tells me this is probably some form of mpeg4 that can't be used as a source file.
