Change thumbnail in the Media list
Is there a way to change the thumbnail of a video in the media list. Some are black making it hard to find things.

There is no way to change the actual thumbnail - the ones which are black presumably have blank frames at the beginning of the video.
What you can do if it helps is change the name under the thumbnail - click on the thumbnail - wait a second - click again and the text will go into edit mode - change it and click any where else in the library to save it - this procedure does not change the name of the actual video file - just the title under the thumbnail.
