My Cannon camera takes 108P .MOV movies and a I sometimes had jaggie issues but not severe. This was the first video I made with the GoPro and that is were the jaggies showed up in earnest.

Hi

Can you go to Settings – Preferences (F6)

Edit Tab- set Re-sampling Quality to Best

Now try rendering the project to Mpeg2 --does setting Best improve quality?

As Ken mentioned set the interlacing to match your original video files, either Upper Field or Frame Based

From HD (1920x1080) to SD (720x480) needs resampling. VSX7 is not very good w.r.t. resampling as I reported earlier Some cams like GoPro apply over sharpening to get good (sharp) looking video's and this makes resampling without visible aliasing extra difficult. If setting VSX7 for "best resampling" will not sufficiently reduce alasing you can apply additionally the FX blurr filter (on level 1 setting) before creating yr DVD, to further reduce aliasing
