Image drop issue with PSP X7 x64

Post by LostSoul »

I don't know if this has already been reported : when trying to drop image files to PSP X7 "Edit" window from other softwares like ACDSee or XnView, it doesn't work at all. It works well from the windows explorer or Q-Dir though ...
This issue was not present on X6.
Using PSP x7 x64 17.0.0.199, Windows 8.1 x64 Pro, XnView 2.24 x64

(ACDSee is a really old 3.11 version which still works well on 8.1 and is really really faster displaying previews than any other image browser)

i don't know if it will fix your issue as I don't have ACDSee to test it on but you may want to download the service pack that was just recently issued. You can find information and a download link in this post http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... 28#p300028
PSPX9 | PSP2020 | PSP2021| PSP2022 | PSP2023 & PhotoMirage installed; PSPX | PSPX2 thru PSP2019 owned but not installed

Yup ...

"Drag from third-party program and drop into PaintShop Pro fixed (Windows 8.1)"

(part of the release notes)

Thanks :D
But now I lost ALL toolbar icons on my custom toolbars :/ WTF is wrong with Corel these days?
