Hi,
After a week days of normal operation, Ulead PictureShow 3 crashes now when clicking on the Advanced Audio Settings button.
Uninstall and reinstall of the application fixed the problem for a few days, today problem is starting again.
System: Windows XP Home SP2 (Disk: in NTFS Mode)
Version of Ulead: 3.0.1.8
Only realtime other application: Trend Micro PC-Cillin 2005 (Antivirus scanning)
Thanks for any feedback

re: Crash when clicking on Advanced Audio Settings
When you install a software, the installer extracts temporary files needed for the installation on a temp folder. These folders are usually:
"C:\Windows\Temp"
"C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Local Settings\Temp"
If the temp folder holds old installer files that may be corrupted or are duplicates with the same filename but are used for a different software, it could cause a problem for your new installation of PictureShow. Before you reinstall the software, make sure to clean the Temp folders.
The "Local Settings" folder is a hidden folder so you have to enable Windows Explorer to see hidden files and folders. Open "Windows Explorer", go to "Tools > Folder Options > View" and check "show hidden files and folders". You can now open the Temp folder from the "Documents and Settings" folder and delete the files there before you make a new install.
