Thanks Robert. Of course, I think that my brain is not functioning too well today.
I will create the zip file and try to upload it, although Trevor, you probably don't need it now that the problem is resolved. Sorry - it is not letting me upload it. It says that it is loading, but as soon as it it complete, this message disappears.
I have encountered another problem, for which I should probably open a new topic, but will include it here. I have imported some video clips made on my wige's camera in MP4. The video has imported fine but there is no audio. Probably another simple issue!

Re: Size of image when imported into Videostudio
Hi Guys
Thanks Ken that is correct, I was intending to open the VSP on my program, to view the properties if nothing else……. I will not be able to view the files but can see their types and location on the hard drive.
mwsing that VSP wont be required now since you managed to change the project to use 16:9
The Improper Argument may have caused the 4:3 setting to be used and in my case causes 720 x 480 ntsc settings, very strange.
Good luck

What Trevor said to you mwsing was "can you ZIP the vsp and attach it here" - he did not tell you to attach the .vsp
so can you ZIP the .vsp and attach the zipped file here

Re: Size of image when imported into Videostudio
Thank you all for your help. As predicted the problem did recur yesterday. I followed all the steps that I had followed previously, but to no avail. In desperation I decided to download Videostudio X8 to see if that would fix the problem. Im nt sure if I should create a New Post here, but will continue.
Downloading X8 was another HUGE problem in itself. I tried three times and each time when the download was complete I got a message Download Failed - system busy. On the fourth try I was successful. I then downloaded the additional content but when I tried to execute it I got a message "Google has prevented software downloading which might damage your computer" OK. I understand that, so I said "Download Anyway". I then got a message saying "This App can't run on your computer. To find a Version for your PC check with software publisher. I tired again and this time also got a Windows error message
x>Setup New\setup.cpp(140)
PAPP:
PVENDOR:
PGUID:
$ @ Windows Vista Service Pack 0 (9600)
IE Version 9011.9600.17690
At this point I decided to restart my computer and then managed to download and execute the additional content.
I did request assistance from Corel but, of course, they are all on holiday. So I await with bated breath for their response.
I shall start a new topic about my experiences today with X8.
