When I go into the options menu for rendering files in MPEG-4 format (or other formats), the "user-defined" frame size fields are unavailable (greyed out). This is particularly problematic when trying to render one of my videos with an aspect ratio that is neither 4:3 nor 16:9 I'd also like to have the option of using a frame size like 720 x 404 which is not among the "standard" choices.
How can I enable access to the "user-defined" frame sizes?
[I'm using VideoStudio Pro X7 updated.]
