Can I change the offset of the grid in print layout?

I'm using PSP X5. I am trying to print some two sided membership cards. I have two templates. one showing the front of the card and the other showing the back. There are 12 images on each side. I have the images snapped to a 2" X 3.5" grid. The upper corner of the grid starts at the upper left hand corner of the page and leaves a small space at the right hand column as well as at the bottom row. This causes a slight offset of the images on both sides of the page resulting in the loss of some of the image when I try to cut the cards from the sheet. I could correct this problem if I could change the starting location of the grid to the lower right hand corner of one of the pages or if I could center the grid on both pages.

Additional question. how would I create a template with twelve 2" X 3.5" frames centered on a 8-1/2" X 11" page?
