Free download of Photo Explorer 8

I got an invitation to download Photo Explorer 8 after giving you three friends email and when I submit it I get this error. Any ideas? Thanks

Try again when the traffic is not so heavy.

It happens all over the site, if you try to email sales for example - it can't be that busy all the time - can it?
