Help! I downloaded Corel VideoStudio X7 Ultimate several months ago. It's worked fine since then for making videos to upload to YouTube. But I've been trying to render a video that is 23 minutes long and the program crashes every single time whilst rendering, no matter what file type I attempt to render it as, usually at 90%. The video files are MP4 files. I have Windows 8.
I have absolutely no idea how to fix this (believe me, I've searched long and hard for solutions). Anyone have any suggestions?

Hello
The first thing we would like to know is what are your source files - where did they come from ?
Please put one of the videos in the timeline - RIGHT click on it - and choose 'properties'
please copy that preference box and post it here as an attachment to your reply.

Re: VideoStudio X7 Ultimate crashes while rendering
Just to explain a little more why we need the information requested by Brian. We know you are editing mp4 files. But the problem is that there are quite a few different types of mp4 out there, often tweaked by the company whose equipment makes them. Many recent smartphones, for instance, film in mp4, but use a variable frame rate i.e. the speed can go or down depending on the action in what is being filmed. Video Studio has difficulty with some of that sort of video...
