Resizing a jpeg
Is it possible to resize and reposition a jpeg image? For example to make it take up a portion of the screen? And can you put several jpeg images so that one shows up on one part of the screen and another on another part?

Add the jpegs to an overlay track where you can resize and position it

You may also use more than one overlay track if you are using multiple images - then they can overlap or move across each other.
You could do something like this :- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFyyfVH ... lRpjgikt4Q
the small images can change while one is full screen so that you have more to come forward.

Re: Resizing a jpeg
Thank you.
I put the jpeg on the video track so that it fits in the sequence.
When I moved the jpeg to an overlay track everything shifted to take up the space the jpeg took up.
What I would need at that point would be a gap in the video track and just the overlay showing.
I'm not sure how to do that?

Another question: It looks like I can resize and reposition the jpeg, but I don't see any way to crop it. Can that be done?

Re: Resizing a jpeg
take a color block from the color library and put it in the top track between the video clips and set it to the length necessary to keep the two videos the right distance apart
Apply the "Cropping" FX from the FX library and open the Options panel and choose "customise filter" to set size and position of crop
