I've split the audio from a video file.
Saved it.
Edited the file in Audacity.
What's the stepBYstep to REPLACE the original video's audio file with this edited one?
TIA,
Walt

Re: Importing an Audacity-edited file.
Right click on existing Video file, choose 'mute video' from the pop up
Right click on the sound track in the timeline and choose 'insert audio'
browse to the audio file and select it then click ok
in the timeline slide the audio block left or right to align sound and picture.
Share -- create video file to produce a video with picture and sound together
job done

Re: Importing an Audacity-edited file.
Yes, the rendered file contains the edited audio....thanks.
Now, is there anyway to watch/hear the video with edited audio in the timeline?
Before rendering I might like to make edits to the video with the new audio.
