CVSX7 Installation-library content

Hi Guys

I have just re-installed Video Studio X7 with strange results.
The library is only populated with a few samples of each type, (similar to the new trial version) the remaining content showing a re-link.

Viewing the Samples folder also indicates a limited amount of clips. Strange

I have had this happen once in the past, and I am aware of other posters with similar problems.


Some thoughts
Installed CVSX7 64 bit
After installing Video Studio was requested to check for updates, this I did. I have to say without running the program. Not sure if this caused the problem, although I don’t see why?

Time to re-install.

I have no idea why one keeps reinstalling softwares. In my nearly 25 years of computing, since DOS 5 I can't recall if I ever did so (Only during major OS/hardware installation every 4-5 years)

Because another poster is having problems installing Video Studio and to help I wanted to compare the installation process, the only way was to re-install the program, then I found this problem.

Other posters may have different issues, trying to help may mean messing about with my programs, and yes sometimes it causes me problems, I am willing to take that chance to help others.

so far I am installing for a third time, but I will find the problem...eventually

Uninstalling and reinstalling software is part of the "job" for anyone here who wants to help others with install problems.
