creating chapters
hello how can i create chapters with VSX7? also if i will choose to ''create a video that will play in my computer'' can i create chapters or i should choose burning to a disk?

You can create chapters in the timeline - learn how to do that by reading from page 57 of your user manual.
but there are problems doing that when you go to the create disc module - it is better to create chapters in the burn module - you can learn how to do that by reading from page 215 of you user guide.
you cannot create a video file to play on a computer with chapters - because you need a menu structure in order to select chapters - but what you can do is to create an .iso (disk image) file in the burner module which you can then play on any computer using the free VLC player - this will play the .iso exactly as if it was a DVD but with just a computer file.

As far as I know all problems in creating chapters on the timeline have been fixed. But I agree with Brian, this is best done during the authoring stage, choosing burning to disc.
