can someone please help?

so im not very wise when it comes to technical stuff so bear withn me. I have the trial version of vs9, and i can figure everything out but it gets so far into the convert phase and up pops a message saying "convert got some problems." it wont burn a dvd! what can i do to fix this? i love the product but im very frustrated and will not buy it if things dont change. please help

You should carefully follow the procedure that is detailed in the top sticky post in this forum (titled "Please Read Recommended Procedure..."). This is very important because this procedure will help you avoid the kind of problems that you are experiencing .
