Hello,
I just purchased a (physical) copy of Paint Shop Pro X7 Ultimate and I am having issues with the Install Wizard. Setup.exe runs fine and takes me to the setup screen containing the EULA. However, even after agreeing to the terms and conditions, the "Next" box remains greyed out and unresponsive. I've tried running as an Admin, removing all USB peripherals, and so on, but the problem has still not resolved itself... Any troubleshooting help would be greatly appreciated. I've registered my product with Corel to receive a support code via email, but I have not recieved anything. Thanks!

Got it! Had to uninstall Windows Update (KB 2670838) and that appears to have resolved the issue.

Some users have reported success when they set up a new Admin account. For some reason that works when your original Admin account does not. If it installs okay you can delete the new account.
