Need help with Paint Shop Pro x6 please

i have some third party plugins installed that are legit plugins and they were working just fine. all of a sudden they stopped working, all my plugins quit working even the KPT that came with my cd. any ideas what to do about this?

Note: This may not be the cause of your issue but I thought I would share what happened to me.

I had a problem with Topaz Impression not working after I installed the Microsoft patches yesterday. KB3004394 was the culprit. Once I uninstalled it my plug-in started working again.

what os are you using i have windows 7 home edition. how did you find which update was the problem? i have had this problem for a little over a week now and it is driving me nuts. i use filters all the time and with all i do i need filters to work properly. is there some way i can read error problems that occur with psp? i don't know if the program records problems or if they do where they store them at.

Have you checked whether Windows Update installed KB3004394? If so, have you tried deleting it?

FWIW, my own computer runs Win 8.1 and KB3004394 has been installed, with no observable effect -- as yet at least -- on PSP.

i did check and i do not have that update installed. i guess i am going to try uninstalling and reinstall see if that does it
