X7 crashes immidiately after start

X7 crashes immidiately after start
I run PSP X7 on Win 7 64bit. After selecting the "Tags" item X7 crashes and windows asks me to exit X7 or looking online for a solution. This happens everytime I try to start the 64 and the 32 bit version. Working is not possible. Any idea anyone?

I don't have an answer but I do have a question. Does this only happen when you select tags?

I once selected tags then x7 crashed and after that it crashes all the time I think because "tags" are selected and x7 always starts at the point you ended the the software. I got a great recommendation to delete all entries in AppData/Local/Corel PainbtshopPro/17.0. The effect is that the software starts again and ALL of my tags, ALL my star rating and Location Data is gone. I've more ´than 30,000 pictures - I'm so happy Corel! Now it's really time for Lightroom
