Magic Fill Missing in PSP X7

I just installed PSP X7. After tweaking the interface to my preferences, then checking "What's New" I realized I don't have the new tool: Magic Fill anywhere. It doesn't appear in "Tools" or "Unused Commands" or "All Commands" under the right-clicked "Customize" dialogs. I've searched every tool and drop-down multiple times in the Toolbar with no luck. Anyone have a solution or any advice?

It's not a new separate tool, it's an option built into the selection tools.

Make a selection, then on the tool options palette for that selection tool there is a new button for "MagicFill"

Corel has a tutorial to show it, but I can't find it so here's mine instead.

I guess I was expecting it to be a separate tool since the similar results Object Remover is a separate tool.
