High DPI Display (Mac)

Post by rv35mm »

Hi All, I am currently using AfterShot Pro 2 to process my RAW images, however it seems that it does not support Mac High DPI display (aka. retina display).

At the moment I'm having to attach a lower resolution monitor to my mac when using After Shot Pro 2, I can't really inspect the sharpness of the images if everything turns out pixelated on my the display.

Does anyone know if this is my configuration error or is it the fact that Corel isn't supporting this yet?

Thanks and also apology if this has been asked previously.

The problem is Apple being totally stupid about their messed up UI. If they had proper font&icon scaling like Linux and Windows, one would not need stupid retina modes.

cheers

Are you looking at your images 100% or greater for sharpness assessments?
Still learning after all these years!
