you could also try this:
install WinRAR
right click on the ISO image file on your computer and select Extract file... extract this on a temporary folder that you will create. the contents of that folder will be "Audio_ts" and "Video_TS".
Open MovieFactory and use Import DVD (just like what geobek said) and point to the directory where the two _TS folders are contained.
Select half of the clips you want to load.... then save this as your first dvd project.
Repeat the process and import the other half of the clip then save it as your second project.
if you dont do any editing, the software will skip re-encoding the clips as loing as the "do not convert compliant..." option is enabled so you can retain the quality of your videos.

You need a program that will create a virtual cd/dvd that you can
load the iso file into.
Then you access the data via a drive letter and can import the dvd
into VS or MF. Then extract & split to separate the videos for fitting
onto 2 separate dvd's.
