Video Studio x7 Installation Help!

I made a post before this one but for some reason it was deleted after it was approved? But, I have a big problem. I bought Video Studio a couple months ago and loved it, installed great, everything went well! Recently, I had to reset my computer. I thought, good thing I bought a 2 year download warranty So today I try installing it, I get passed the saving installation files, and then when its starts the installation...its a grey box-I can move the box around and everything but there isnt even the part on the window that says the name of the window, it's a perfect grey square with nothing on it. Please help, I love corel and need it back on my laptop D: Thanks!

You may be best in contacting Corel Support or Corel on Facebook which is staffed by Corel employees.

But did you search the Knowledge Base, I found some article, not sure if it thy help but probably worth a read.

Did you save the original download, if so then try installing from that file.
Are you installing the correct version 64bit or 32 bit, not that it should make any difference.

As you have changed Windows installation, is windows upto date with respect to Windows Updates
