Hello forums! So a couple months ago I purchased Corel Video Studio Prox7. Installed perfectly fine and worked perfectly fine. Just recently I had to reset my computer, and had to result to reinstalling it. But this time, whenever it finishes saving the files needed for installation, a grey window pops up. I can move it around the screen but its grey and I can't do anything. It says the window is the installer but its grey?! Please help, very frustrated at this point. Even tried installing the 32 bit and the trial but all of them do the same thing. Thanks.
Tried reinstalling as well.
